With the EWE Help Center you can easily set up and manage your Internet connection and WLAN at home.
The free app offers you a wide variety of useful functions relating to your home network, which are arranged as clear tiles in the main menu of the app.The "diagnosis" helps you to easily find faults or problems in the home network and to correct them automatically.You can easily set up your new DSL or fiber optic connection with the “Internet Setup Wizard”.
Please note that the app is only suitable for All-IP connections, but not for ISDN or analog connections.The "Manage WLAN" feature allows you to easily establish a WLAN connection or optimize it for even higher speed, set up WLAN guest access for visitors or change your WLAN data.With "Manage router" you can view all important information about your router directly in the app.
There is also an automatic restart function for problems with the router.The "Home network" tile leads you to comprehensive analysis tools with which you can e.g.
Measure the strength of your WiFi signal or position a WiFi repeater ideally.
You can also measure your WiFi speed in your home network and receive a list of all available WiFi devices in the area.This app only works in conjunction with a current AVM Fritz!
